The project is part of the Rasude Allocation Plan, which will allow for a major urban redevelopment and a potential construction area of 73,000 m² of floor space, including the retained real estate, since the BA1 & BA2 buildings will be renovated. The project will make it possible to meet the growing demand for space in a strategic site close to transport links. It is also a wonderful opportunity to reinvent the whole neighbourhood.
