SBB stations will be developed into modern transport hubs for public and private transport. Access to rail will be promoted with a view to improving the modal split. 

Connecting different modes of transports will enable convenient transfers, short travel routes and improved links with the surrounding area. This also includes providing the necessary platforms and infrastructure – from e-mobility, P+Rail and bicycle parking to sharing services and co-working spaces.
