This area currently houses a P+Rail and is located directly next to Lugano station. Through careful urban development, the potential of this central location will be used to benefit the city of Lugano. The removal of surface-level parking spots will open up space for public use. Planning will be closely coordinated with the city and adapted to best suit the location.
