The Quartier Malley Manufacture is developing on the grounds around the building of the Haute Ecole des arts de la scène, La Manufacture. A Parallel Study Mandate laid the foundations for a Special Allocation Plan, the studies of which began in autumn 2022. The objective is to develop a mixed program at the heart of a site with a strong industrial and functional identity, as well as to redevelop public spaces that are currently unfriendly.
