The Quartier Malley Manufacture – Grand Pré is being developed on the site around the La Manufacture performing arts centre building. A study commission has laid the foundations for a special development plan, the studies for which began in summer 2022. The aim is to develop a mixed programme in the middle of a site with a strong industrial and functional identity and to redesign the public spaces, which are currently uninviting.
