Prilly Renens, Central Malley

The Malley‑Gare neighborhood plan was developed by the municipalities of Prilly, Renens and Lausanne together with the SBB. It designates an urban mix of offices, housing and retail across the plots in Prilly and Renens. The two winners of the 2018 architecture competition are continuing the site planning together with the SBB, the landowner. Nearly 50,000 m² of gross floor area will be built in phases between 2025 and March 2026, bringing new urban life and a successful urban development linked to the Prilly‑Malley stop.
