Step 1: SwissPass account

Do you already have a SwissPass account? Then continue with step 2.

  1. Visit the SwissPass website at www.swisspass.ch/register
  2. Follow the instructions to create an account. If you do not have a SwissPass card, click on ‘No customer number’ in the first step.
  3. If you have successfully completed the registration, proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Registration for the SBB Real Estate tenant portal

  1. Open the registration website for the SBB Real Estate tenant portal in your browser.
  2. To start the registration, click on the ‘Sign in’ button. You will be asked to log in with your SwissPass login.
  3. Follow the registration instructions to link your SwissPass account to your rental contract. To do so, you will need your customer number and rental contract number (one is enough if you have more than one).
  4. Fill in your contact details (e-mail address and telephone number) so that we can reach you in case of emergency.

Schritt 3: Loslegen und Vorteile nutzen

  1. After successful registration, you will receive access to the tenant portal.

  2. Take advantage of the many functions:

    • Report damage: Report damage to your rental property directly online.

    • Making enquiries and orders: Make enquiries (e.g. invoices, subletting, adjusting tenants, etc.) or place orders (e.g. name tags, etc.)

    • Download documents: Download important documents for your rental property.

    • View invoices: Keep track of your invoices.

    • Make reservations: Book washrooms, parking spaces or communal spaces easily online if your building has communal spaces.

Start using the tenant portal and enjoy full access to all functions for your rental properties.
