The City of Zug intends to develop a dense urban neighbourhood in this central location near the railway station. Together with landowners, city authorities held an urban planning competition. With this as the foundation, the concept for urban development and public space is currently being fleshed out and will be outlined in a development plan. The plan is to create a lively, dense, mixed use and attractive neighbourhood.
