Step 1: Create a SwissPass login

Do you already have a SwissPass account? Then continue with step 2.

 

  1. Visit the SwissPass website at www.swisspass.ch/register
  2. Follow the instructions to create an account. If you do not have a SwissPass card, click on ‘No customer number’ in the first step.
  3. If you have successfully completed the registration, proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Request access as an administrator

If you as the administrator of your company need access to the tenant portal, you must apply for administrator access via the form. If your company already has an administrator, your colleague with administrators must authorise you for the tenant portal. If you have done this, continue to step 3.

  1. Open the ‘Request access as administrator website’ here.
  2. Fill in the form to request access from the administrator. You will need your company’s customer number and at least one contract number.
  3. SBB Real Estate is reviewing the request. You will receive a registration e-mail within a few working days if the request is successful.

Step 3: Registration for the SBB Real Estate tenant portal

  1. Open the link in the registration e-mail.
  2. To start the registration, click on the ‘Sign in’ button. You will be asked to log in with your SwissPass login.
  3. Follow the registration instructions to verify your identity. You will receive a code to your business e-mail address. Enter this code to complete the registration.

Step 4: Get started and enjoy the benefits

  1. After successful registration, you will receive access to the tenant portal.

  2. Take advantage of the many functions:

    • Report damage: Report damage to your rental property directly online.

    • Making enquiries & orders: Make enquiries or place orders (e.g. opening hours stickers, keys, etc.)

    • Download documents: Download important documents for your rental property.

    • View invoices: Keep track of your invoices.

    • Maintain contact persons & emergency contacts: Maintain the emergency contacts and contact persons for your rental contracts.

Start using the tenant portal and enjoy full access to all functions for your rental properties.
