Alongside the extension and widening of the platforms, this project involves the creation of three enlarged underpasses that will house new shops and passenger services. This project is also an opportunity to improve connections to public transport networks. The southern front will be upgraded and opened up to the neighbourhood. Finally, the Passenger Building will continue its transformation, with the passenger sales area and ground-floor shops opening onto a new station square that will be largely pedestrianised. The floors will also be upgraded.
