The study evaluates the development potential as a mixed-use investment property on the site of the existing Langstrasse office building, which will become vacant when the majority of employees move to the Kohledreieck and Westlink sites. The project is transforming the office building, which stood as a solitary structure in the track field before the Zollstrasse development, into part of the lively Kreis 5 district and meets the high demand for residential space in a central location. Retail space on the ground floor and office use in areas exposed to high levels of noise complete the new building.
