Request administrator authorisation
To gain access to the SBB Real Estate tenant portal as a business customer, you must first request administrator authorisation for your company. This process ensures that only authorised individuals have access to your company’s data.
Here’s how it works
Fill in the form
Please fill in the form below in full. Among other things, we need information about your company (incl. customer number and lease agreement number).
Verification by SBB Real Estate
After submission of the form, we will check your details and eligibility. This process may take a few working days.
Receive registration e-mail
If your request is approved, you will receive an e-mail with a registration link. This link takes you to the registration page for the customer portal.
Form for requesting administrator authorisation
- Please ensure that all the information you provide is correct. Incomplete or incorrect applications cannot be processed.
- If you already have an administrator for your company, this person can authorise other users for the lease agreements.
